Create quote

Create a quote with line items on the case.

Approve quotes

Approve all pending quotes on the case.

Mark quote not needed

Flag the case as not requiring a quote.

Release to FSM

Release the case to Field Service Management.

Sync from FSM

Pull work order status and confirmations from FSM.

Create sales order

Request a sales order in ERP.

Service Cloud v2

Bearer token is fetched server-side from /iam-service/token. Base URL and basic auth token live in project secrets (SC_BASE_URL, SC_BASIC_TOKEN).
